Please use this form to submit proposals for events and activities for BMCC's Pride Month for October 2023 by Wednesday, September 13, 2023 for full consideration. Feel free to share this information with colleagues who may be interested.

The committee welcomes proposals from BMCC faculty, staff and students. Applications submitted by students must have a faculty or staff member advisor to handle paperwork and logistics. Faculty should submit the application, but there is space to indicate student co-sponsors on the form.

The event/activity organizer will be responsible for advertising the event,  creating Zoom links, connecting to guest speakers, making flyers, requesting technology/media, maintaining attendance, etc.

Regarding dates/times, consider your probable audience and if you are able to connect the event to a class. If so, you may want to schedule with consideration of the class schedule.
