New York, New York – After an outstanding fall season last year that produced two CUNYAC CC Champions in Women's Volleyball and Men's Soccer, the BMCC Athletics department is hungry to add to those accolades and excited to announce their tryout schedule for intercollegiate athletic competition for the fall of 2023.

After winning their first CUNYAC Championship since 2006 and 11th in program history, the BMCC women's volleyball program begins its quest to defend its crown, holding a two-day tryout beginning on Wednesday, August 2nd, and concluding on Thursday, August 3rd. Both tryouts will be held from 6:45 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in the BMCC Gymnasium.

After capturing their league-best 13th CUNYAC CC Men's Soccer Championship, the Panthers will begin their quest for a repeat alongside the women's soccer program with their preseason tryouts starting on Monday, August 7th, at Hamilton Metz Field in Brooklyn, New York. The two-and-a-half-hour tryout (8 a.m.- 10:30 a.m.) will go on for two weeks, wrapping up on Saturday, August 26th.

The Athletic Department added the department's eighth athletic program, Men's and Women's Cross County will look to build on their strong momentum during their program's inaugural season with their preseason tryouts on Thursday, August 3rd at 1 p.m. at Pier 25 (Across from BMCC).
