We will be celebrating at BMCC the National June Pride Month celebration with our kickoff event, which will include a Lavender Graduation Ceremony and Pride Month brunch. We want to celebrate our graduates as well as those who have been interested in the BMCC Pride Month activities throughout the year (whether you are graduating now or next year), to be part of the celebration. Queens Pride Parade
Sunday, June 2
Celebrate Queens Pride on Sunday June 2, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. as we parade down 37th Avenue (from 89th Street to 75th Street) in Jackson Heights, followed by a multicultural festival. Since 1993, Queens Pride continues to promote the visibility and accomplishments of the LGBT community and to foster acceptance by the many cultures and religions represented in our borough.

Join CUNY students, faculty and staff – and the folx who love them – at this year’s NYC Pride March. We will march through the streets of Manhattan with the CUNY float featuring DJ Unico leading the way! The CUNY Pride Dancers will dazzle the crowds. You will march proudly and CUNY strong!!!
